I understand that when installing the Davinci Software the system is asking to update OpenCL;

What exactly is your graphics card model?
To find out which one do the following: Right-click on the Start Menu and go to Device Manager;
Click the arrow (>) next to video adapters and inform which one appears in the list;

You will need to update your video drivers;

It is Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000

I've tried updating the driver but windows says the best driver for my device is already installed and there may better drivers on windows update or on the manufacturer's website

Intel HD 3000 graphics does not have OpenCL 2.0 support (Or dedicated Win10 drivers. You have to use a generic MS driver installed by Win10),

so it may not be capable of of using OpenCL 2.0.

With Intel graphics it looks like only the HD 5300 & 5500 graphics (both are Broadwell mobile cpu's) and newer models, have Intel support for OpenCL 2.0 .

- MS does have a 'compatibility' pack for OpenCL 2.0, but I don't think it is suitable for your Intel HD3000 graphics.

Dear Simba440,what would be the model and manufacturer of your Laptop?

Initially I recommend that you try downloading and installing the most current driver by accessing the link below:
https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers...

Even if your Laptop is not from Dell it is compatible with HD Graphics 3000 and Windows 10;

I've tried downloading the compatibility pack but it keeps saying there is an error then installation stops
